Norman has 20+ years of experience in accountant, senior financial manager and company consulting positions. His track record spans work as both Controller and CFO and he has played key roles in a number of manufacturing, automotive, hi-tech, retail and distribution companies. His achievements as a strategic oriented business leader has led to many positive changes in client business circumstances. Norman's approach is very hands-on for he works closely with clients to improve their business performance and management processes, ensuring their costs are minimized and bottom lines increased for the benefit of shareholders and stakeholders alike.

Norman is also a Certified Management Consultant with expertise in determining and delivering Business Performance Measuring & Monitoring systems. In this role, he has successfully helped a large number of clients across a diverse range of industries better deal with their real-time financial management needs.

Norman’s strength is working closely with clients to improve their operations and finance business areas. He starts by taking a ‘wide angle snapshot’ of the client’s business and then works with the client management team to improve profitability and achieve better long term business sustainability.

Norman has a B.Comm in Accounting from Rhodes University and an MBA, Strategy and Finance from the University of Ottawa.
